Changes and cancelation
If an order needs to update shipping address, inform hello@taylorlahey.com within 24 hours, otherwise we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.
If the order parcel was shipped the customer will need to contact the delivery company.
Returns and refunds
If the custom is unhappy with the product from the www.cambiostory.com for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs).
If the reason for the return was based on an error by the Câmbio Team, or if the parcel was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs. In the case of damage caused by the courier inform us by providing us with a clear proof of the damaged package and its content.
To make a return please email hello@taylorlahey.com and the Câmbio Team will provide you with a return address. The item should be securely wrapped and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
